The Swedish post-punk band from Stockholm consists of pure rage. They are angry at Trump, at the destruction of the climate and at the increasing gap between rich and poor. The only way out they have found from the ‘normal’ world in which they do not feel at home is the punk scene. Punk connects all the other ‘outsiders’ who are fucked up: “our songs are all about being an outsider”.
They express their anger and frustrations about the world in their lyrics full of black humor and the necessary satire that several critics have praised. Viagra Boys = post-punky street blues, rattling guitars and a screaming saxophone to still make the best of this fucked up society. After a memorable passage in November 2021, they return to Trix a year later.(Trix,Antwerp)
