Rock Olmen is back, and this year it’s pulling no punches. The organisers behind one of Belgium’s most cherished open-air festivals have unveiled a stacked two-day programme for 24 and 25 July 2026, anchored by a headline slot from Belgian rock institution Goose and the ever-mesmerising The Haunted Youth.
Held in the rural heart of Olmen, Rock Olmen has always distinguished itself from the bigger Belgian circuit by keeping things intimate, loud, and genuinely adventurous. The 2026 edition is no different — blending internationally acclaimed acts with a rich selection of homegrown talent.
The Headliners
Goose needs little introduction on the Belgian circuit. The Bruges-born art-rock outfit have carved out a singular sound over two decades — post-rock textures meeting kraut rhythms and cinematic scope. Expect nothing less than a career-defining headline set.
The Haunted Youth, the solo project of Joachim Liebens, has been one of the most talked-about Belgian exports in recent years. His hazy, melancholic take on indie and shoegaze has won fans far beyond Belgium’s borders, and a festival headline slot feels like the natural next step.
Joining them at the top of the bill are UK heavyweights Stone and shame, both representing a ferociously vital post-punk scene that’s impossible to ignore. It’s a bold pairing that signals Rock Olmen’s increasingly international ambition.

Rock Olmen takes place on 24 and 25 July 2026 in Olmen, a small village in the municipality of Balen in the Belgian province of Antwerp. The festival has historically been accessible by public transport and by bike, with dedicated parking areas for those arriving by car.
