Brussels’ EBM crowd gets a genuine scene event on Friday, November 20, 2026, when mOtown hosts a double release party pairing two of Belgium’s most distinctive electronic acts: Implant and Llumen. Both artists use the night to officially unveil brand new albums — making this one of the more significant EBM/electro dates on the Brussels calendar this autumn.

Implant 🇧🇪 — three decades of relentless EBM

Led by Len Lemeire, Implant is one of the pioneering names of the Belgian electro-industrial scene. For over thirty years, the project has fused relentless EBM rhythms, dark melodies, and avant-garde electronics into a sound that keeps evolving rather than resting on legacy. Renowned for collaborations with Front 242 and Anne Clark, and for intense audiovisual live shows, Implant remains a leading figure on the international industrial and electronic circuit. This date marks the official presentation of their new album, The Kinematics of Doubt.

Llumen 🇧🇪 — sound meets cinematic visuals

Llumen is the audiovisual project of Belgian artist Pieter Coussement, blending atmospheric sound design and rhythmic electronics with striking, cinematic live visuals. Also known for his visual collaborations with Implant, Coussement brings that same immersive, multimedia sensibility to his own material. The evening doubles as the official launch of Llumen’s new album, Winter Eden.
