Some bands don’t fit neatly into a genre, and that’s exactly the point of Inclassable. The festival is back for a second edition with a line-up of bands that are hard to classify and impossible to ignore. Together they show where dark music is heading right now.
The line-up
She Pleasures Herself (Portugal)
Tisiphone (France)
Factheory (Belgium), new formula
X-Tort (Netherlands)
A Week in Doggerland (Belgium)
Why you shouldn’t miss it
These five acts are some of the absolute musts of the moment, each mixing styles in their own way to breathe new life into the dark scene.
Some of it will make you dance: irresistible dark disco and raw, driving punk. Some of it will stay with you long after the last note, fuelled by totally unbridled imagination. And some of it carries a message, music committed to sharing ideas and fighting for a better society.
Inspiring, dreamlike and committed, it’s the perfect antidote to greyness.
We prefer black. 🖤
